CA may make Content within a User Community (such Content being “Community Content”) available to users under license terms identified within the Community. When you post or otherwise provide Your Content within a User Community, such content becomes Community Content (“Your Community Content”).
You hereby grant to CA and to recipients of Community Content distributed by CA a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, distribute, make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer Your Community Content and such derivative works thereof. If CA provides software to you to enable or to optimize the Service (e.g. plug-ins, companion apps), CA provides you, during an active subscription to the Service, a non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use such software solely in connection with the Service. The term of this Agreement will commence on the date you start accessing or using the Service (if you sign up through our website) or the date indicated on your Order Form and will continue until your access and use of the Service is terminated. All material elements of the Terms (excluding your rights to access and use the Service) shall remain in effect after your access and use of the Service is terminated. We reserve the right to discontinue offering the Service or to modify the Service at any time in our sole discretion. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms to the contrary, we may also, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to and/or use of the Service at any time for any reason, with or without notice to you. You may also terminate your access and use of the Service at any time. Please be aware that any such termination and/or suspension may result in the erasure of Your Content within your account.

CodePilot.ai uses a self hosted Mautic installation to manage and automate our marketing and correspondence, inclusive of emails and form submissions.
